You should use a tape measure. Then you would see that you lose inches everywhere. I lost 46 pounds and went down a shoe size, a ring size and lost weight in my arms and calves. I use Protica Protein products. You can get them on clearance sometimes on Lucky Vitamin. Their Protein Gem gelatin is 25 gm of protein in 6 oz of gelatin. I think it has under 200 calories so that might not help you. Right now the orange pineapple is $1.99 for 3.

You can't tell because you don't have pictures. You see yourself everyday so you don't see it. If you have lost 23 inches, there is going to be a big difference. If you have more to lose, do yourself a favor and take some pictures.

The reason to not weigh is because of the crazy body changes. I did the entire 60 days of Insanity without modifying my food intake. I lost 7 pounds. I thought that was bad, but then I did the math. I lost 14 pounds of fat and gained 7 pounds of muscle. So it really was misleading to rely only on the numbers from the scale.

Are you kidding? there is a big difference in the Quarter and half way pictures. The belt is a few inches lower in the last picture, I can only assume that is because you lost a few inches in the hip area. Your arms are smaller. You are doing fabulously. Good job!

I use Innov8. They are designed for running and for weight lifting. Perfect for Crossfit. And the ones that I have do not have the tongue attached.

I wish you had done a body fat % before hand. When I did Insanity I only lost 7 pounds as well, except it was a 14 pound fat loss and a 7 pound lean muscle gain. Which is totally different that I lost 7 pounds. I bet you lost a really large number of fat pounds judging from your picture. Good job. Keep up the good work.
