I also train 5 days a week, mainly cardio upto to 3 miles a day, burning between 350 - 500 calories at a time. I eat healthy, limiting fats and complex carbs etc etc...but i dont seem to be losing any weight...i see a change in body shape as i can see certain parts are more looking more toned but i dont seem to be losing…
