I'm definitely NO professional at this but 1000-1200 calories is pretty low. Maybe on the days you are walking, try eating a little more? Sometimes when I am in a rut I eat a little more and it gets the scale moving again. I wish I had more advice for you! :)

Last year my co-worker was going to wrap our supervisor's office completely in aluminum foil. The stapler, computer, phone...etc. Would have been pretty funny.

I agree! I really want to "be" a runner. I don't know if you are born one or you can become one but I'm working on it!! I enjoy running, especially in a group. I love that you are doing hand weights while watching tv. Very smart. Any particular exercises with them? I have some hand weights at home and this is a great idea!

I have the 30 day shred dvd but I never get past level 1. I think the most I've done was 8 days. For some reason I feel like I HAVE to do 10 days of level 1, 10 of level 2.....lol!!! I should get that dvd back out though because I saw on the success boards a thread where the person had really great results after day 7.

My daughter IS IN girl scouts and I decided not to buy any this year too! It stinks - selling them to people but knowing I won't be eating them :cry: Anyway....favorite cookie is definitely Thin Mints. I can eat them by the box.

I loooove black olives. I don't care for any other ones though. My husband likes all olives. Both of my daughters like black olives and love it when I buy the can of whole ones because they put them on their fingers :tongue:
