Yes I do. I get up early and get my workout in. I have a treadmill for running 3 days a week and weight on the other 2 days. During the school year I get the kids out the door and then get it in. In the summer I get up before they wake and do my workout. It is my ME time.

Count me in I am on day 5 and it is easier now. What is hard is on the days that I run fitting it in and giving it my all. Does anyone do other workouts with this?

I'm in! I bought it last week from amazon. I was going to start it Feb 1, but will give it a go tomorrow. I run 3 days a week I can't imagine how I will do both but will give it a try.
