  • Every time I use this app ,I am successful. The minute I stop the weight comes back. My preference is to eat what I want. I just try to make healthy choices and count calories.
  • Stay with the program. This is a long term Journey! I have the same problems and I know what a downer it is. Seek friends to join and encourage each other. if YOU really want this you have to have your mind in it and dicipline to stay the course NO MATTER WHAT! Do it girl!:smile:
