I hurt my right knee doing lunges on the 30DS. It took 3 months before I could run the distances I was running before. I'll never do that video again! :(

I use truvia also. I'd love to use pure stevia extract, but I can't find it locally and shipping in most of the places I've looked makes it unreasonably priced. At least with the truvia I can pick it up with my other groceries. I used to use Splenda, but I'm leary of it as there are no long term studies yet.....

This! I was injury free after 1 year of running. About halfway through the shred I injured my right knee on the lunges. It's still messed up (over a month later) so I've dropped the shred altogether. It's a great workout, but can be rough on the joints.

THIS is me. Pre-pubescent boy is what my dh calls them. :( I was also pushing a C @ 170. Now at 135 I can't even fill up an A. WAAAHHHHH!!!!!

ON 100% whey protein Vanilla Ice Cream flavor. I use it in my Green Monster smoothies, but haven't tried it in just milk or water yet.
