Hi, I'm new to this so I'm starting out small. I would like to lose 7 lbs. by December 21. I'm taking a trip before then so I'm really going to have to get serious about this.

Try 1 TBSP instant non fat sugar free chocolate (the powdered pudding mix) pudding and 1 cup skim milk. Mix it in a blender with crushed ice. It's a terrific shake with minimal calories.

I signed up today and will start tomorrow. I'm 51 and would like to lose 10 lbs. I've been in treatment this year for breast cancer and I really need to get back into shape. Thanks to all of you for being there.
