  • Where are you located? I have a pair of size 16 Tommy Hilfiger jeans that no longer fit!
  • Maybe it would be a good idea to post your location as well?

  • Hope you're getting better! I had to stop for a few days due to illness.. I was continuing but I wasn't getting any better and it was starting to affect my school work. Nothing wrong with doing things at your own pace :)
  • I have a friend that has been eating this way for 7 weeks and she's convinced she'll never go back. Absolutely LOVES it and as a bonus is down 17 lbs. It's definitely something that you have to be ready for because it is a lifestyle change!
  • Anyone else feel like level 2 went by a lot quicker than level 1? Loved it :)
  • Did you buy BFBM or did you find it online? I can't find it anywhere!

  • Make sure you're eating sensibly. You can go to the gym all the time but it won't help if you're not eating enough/eating horribly! Not saying that you ARE eating horribly, but you didn't give much detail :p
  • Hero/vigilante, but not a super hero. Super heros have super powers. Batman is a rich, vindictive individual.
  • Tea/Coffee because I take both plain and they don't account for much. Also, I'll have a square of chocolate from a chocolate bar once in a blue moon and my cals are always under so I don't bother putting that in!
  • I'll definitely have to try this!!
  • Have you specifically told them that you'd prefer to have healthier options? If they aren't helping you, just try to bring your own options along and eat "junk" in moderation!
  • I live in Canada and was able to purchase Dempster's "Body Wise" multigrain bread at Sobey's. It was the cheapest bread in the section! 50 cals per slice :)
  • That's kind of what I was thinking. But after doing it before bed last night and then upon waking this morning and struggling through, I doubt I'll end up doubling up! thanks :)
  • This is fantastic! The NSVs are a lot more rewarding (to me) than the scale because they usually mean your lifestyle is changing for the better! Great job!!
  • Well we should buddy up!! I'm going to try to go 2 workouts tomorrow.. but I doubt I'll have enough energy in the evening. We'll see :)
  • Just to clarify: I had no intentions on stopping! I'm already seeing results and would feel so terrible if I didn't finish! Just wondering about doing "double" days to get back on track with everyone else :) Thanks everyone :)
  • Feel better!!! We'll be here for support when you get back to it :)

  • I don't add my walks between classes because I do it 5/7 days a week and consider it part of my lifestyle rather than exercise. It's great that you're getting this extra exercise, but I wouldn't add it unless you do a significant amount of walking on top of what is normal.
  • WOW. Level 2 is nooooo joke! I love the new moves though! So much more fun! Though, the chair sit v something whatevers are helllllll. Sweating up a storm here! Way to go, ladies!

  • Every morning I wake up, work out and then have a fruit smoothie (fruit, juice and protein powder) and a piece of whole grain toast with some peanut butter :)
  • Hope level 2 is treating everyone well! Just finished my last day of level 1 and THANK GOD because I am so bored with it. I'm going to try to fit in level 2 tonight so I can be caught up with everyone! Have an amazing day!

  • Turning 21 on the 30th! Addicted to MFP :)
  • SO funny. I love her. I think the pizza one is my favourite! Or the omelete!
  • Also... I might do Lvl 1 again tonight and then count myself as on track with everyone else. Does this seem plausible or would it make sense to just keep going one day behind?

  • I'm a day behind so I won't be moving on with you guys tomorrow, but good luck!!! I'm feeling less pumped up today, my calves are strained but I pushed through. Have a good day everyone!

  • Look at you with your beautiful hair and beautiful body! Keep it up, you look amazing!
  • Dang girl, look at you!! Way to go :)
  • Also, not to get too..umm risqué, but there's nothing much better than post-workout morning "fooling around" :)
  • ztaprincess - Can't help being sick! We're still here for support :) Just finished... before I did I looked in the mirror and... well ladies, for the first time in a long time I noticed a difference. That definitely put me in the mood for some bicycle crunches (which are getting easier and easier!!)! I hope everyone has a…
