  • Wow, i enjoyed my second day, still breathless but not to the point of passing out, and able to do cool down, yesterday i was not able to do the cool down, was too weak from exhaustion and nauseous, happy with the improvement :)
  • Ok ladies, i just started week 1 today, 2 days late but finally got started, OMG!!...this workout really kicked my butt, but worth every minute, can't wait to fit into the dress.:) Awesome job ladies :)
