40-50 max when my shoulder is not giving me hell. During my workouts I do 4 sets of 20 each on the 'Perfect Push-up' but I can up that to 25-30 on the floor.

Eggs really aren't that bad for you as long as you eat them in moderation. Two per day max (a rule I break every weekend!). I don't like just egg whites - I want the flavor of the yolks so I get whole eggs only.
