March 3rd - Yes on all areas. March 4th - Yes on everything but exercise. I was so sick that I could barely get up to go throw up so I am calling it a sick day. I am better today but super weak. Hoping that as the day goes and I rehydrate that my strength will go back to normal.

I was seven miles shy this month. Not happy about that but it is what it is. My stepson had ACL surgery this week plus the weather has put me behind. I was literally walking laps in my house but still didn't make it. On to a new month!

Now that the weather is getting nicer, I would love to up my goal but it is baseball season so I will be running my son to practice and games. So....fifty miles it is!

Exactly! People in the pre-1970s also didn't have ready access to pre-made foods. It was home-cooked, not drive thru. They did exist at that time but not to the extent that they are now!
