Yes it can be done. You will have to work out with weights to tone up. Keep in mind that muscle weighs more than fat, and as you build your muscles the number on the scale may go up. But don't let that worry you because you will probably lose inches. Good luck.

I currently weight 189 and am wearing a size 20 jeans, however they are a little big. My dress pants are snug 16's. At 175 I was almost into a 14, but in the past at 160 I wore a 16 so who knows.
