I just manually entered my Fitbit calories into my MFP account and they automatically synced into my Fitbit.. Wonder why it isn't working from Fitbit to MFP, but is working from MFP to Fitbit. Strange.

The Bodymedia Fit is a great device and does have Bluetooth, but you have to pay a monthly service fee to retrieve and sync the date it collects...... :(

I've learned how many calories there reallly are in foods I was eating. I've learned what a serving size really is. AND I've learned I can eat ANYTHING I want. Some days I just have to work a little harder for them!

I love pizza and if I want some I have it. You shouldn't feel guilty about anything you enjoy eating. Don't deprive yourself of anything. That is why so many "diets" fail. This isn't a diet, it is a lifestyle change. Enjoy!

Congratulations!!! Keep up the good work. Having a very large weight loss goal can be overwhelming. I also go to Planet Fitness. I really like it. It has everything I need, the staff is friendly and helpful,and the facility is kept clean. Ours just began offering free training sessions as well. OMG...I have that website up right now looking at "Your Top 4 Female Muscle Building Plans" (for the 40+ age group).
