Chocolate cheerios. :) cheerios are amazing in general because they're lower in calories, high in fiber and lower your cholesterol. Plus they come in so many great flavors.

Poptarts, those are the devil. I will scarcely eat meat. All fast food in general, I can make a lot of the same things, but healthier in my own kitchen.

I struggle with the same feeling. What I try to do is instead jog in my own house. If my schedule could be adjusted, I would run early in the morning, before the sun comes up on back roads. (More private). Also, we should both be more confident, atleast we're trying, right? And that's more than some can say. ;)

Last night I avoided a binge. I remember my goal and why I can't. Generally thinking of how that binge can ruin my success helps. Think of how you've come so far, you don't need all the calories right now. Tomorrow, you could have another slice, but you don't need it all right now.

My confession is that I'm losing weight for selfish reasons and use terrible techniques to drop weight. :/
