Chocolate :D just eating a little bit keeps me satisfied now-a-days. It can range from dark chocolate, chocolate PB ice cream, Oreos, brownies...etc. etc. etc. Also- Sushi, things with made with avocados, sweet potato anything!

Sugar/honey in my tea. Have learned to love it that way though. What I do miss is eating mindlessly (how sad is that?), like just eating chips out of the bag without counting. My vote is to eat something, even if it's small, and especially if you get up pretty early. Kick start that metabolism :) I get hungry around 10:30-11 too but I notice it's worse if I've had a breakfast that's more sugary (even fruit) AND keep in mind that my first breakfast is around 7:30am (not sure when yours is).…
