When we succumb to our food temptations it is hard not to feel discouraged and just give up. You are human, it happens to us all. I allow myself a cheat here and there. I weigh once a week...but weight should not be the focus, as the more weight training you do the more muscle we gain. Of course we all know that muscle weighs more than fat. Celebrate your loss of inches:)

I suggest that if you are just beginning a work out program that you start off slowly...as to not feel defeated or incapable. P90X is very intense, however if you are up for the challenge go for it! You will see great results. I haven't tried P90X myself, but my goal is to eventually try their 90 day program. Best of luck:)
