I always feel like its under-estimating me on exercise, but my last trips to the scale have me thinking otherwise now. I didn't think to wear it on my calf though. I don't bike but I generally exercise to an xbox game that has more leg movement then arm.. hrm maybe that will help me

I have fitness evolved 2012 and I love it. It's got a lot of variety and helps me the most since I'm just getting back into it. The biggest loser is also a great one

I weigh myself everyday on my home scale and then once a week "officially" at my Jenny Craig office. I try to focus on the once a week number but I like having the daily accountability of my daily checks. For me I like seeing an average of lose or a downward trend on a scale. It makes me feel good.

Good job! A close frined in my motorcycle club did this as well and dropped over 300 lbs I think. Its a tough decision and a lot of work. Good for you!
