DITTO!!! never jump back into a normal routine as if you've been thru nothing! Not a good idea! give it a cpl days of gradually getting back in the saddle...if things seem to be going well after that, give it a shot but still at a moderately lower level that bustin *kitten*! Good luck!

what you lose is based on what you put in it! So to call it a "short cut" is very misleading! Insanity is friggin hard! But you get results with the effort you put forth. I have had 3 surgeries on my knee and it is tough but so is running, which I love! The important thing to remember for joint protection with ANY workout…

ONE WORD....LOVE!!! only thing is we do this format in my boot camp class. 6 stations with 8 intervals=45 min workout. What exactly are you looking for? 30-40 min workout too long???? That's a pretty short workout for most ppl on here.

AGREED! no way I could part with my own child. but I could def help loved ones bring their own bundle of joy into the world...with the support of my husband, of course. I agree....to be considered would be an honor. But still a very tough decision.

totally agree here. If there was even a hint that my hubby couldn't deal with it or would be uncomfortable with the thought then no way! But we'd def discuss it if it was that important for someone we love and are very close to for them to come to us for that. I would think of it as an honor to be approached.......but…
