no!!! skipping meals doesn't make a slip void. Just eat a balanced healthy dinner and forget about it. As long as you don't make it a habit you will be just fine.

absolutely do NOT drop cals! You really need to up them. Especially on days that you are working out! Agreed on the water weight from muscle retention after lifting. Make sure you are not weighing after lifting and at the same time every time.

^^ this. I normally use the one with the most confirmations if I don't have the info in front of me to confirm myself. Then when I use the same thing again I just get it from my recent or most used and I know it's the same one I've already checked.
