me too.....best thing to remember is that you're not alone! We all have our bad days (or cpl of bad days) especially around the holidays when we all get together for cookouts and such! So......tomorrow is a new day...the left-overs should be gone and we just need to get back on it!!!

I've done it! It's really great for toning your legs and butt!!! I haven't don't it recently but the last time I was losing weight (after my first son) everyone was always commenting on my legs and it was thanks to Debbie. Give it a go! It's a good workout. :smile:

I like the vitalabs ultra whey 26 strawberries and cream. It's not too sweet and works well with either water or milk so if your close to going over on cals you can save it by mixing with water.
