Loosened the reigns over the holidays and gained 9 pounds (before that my ticker was at 103) just updated it and getting serious again…

I'm taking it now...maybe halfway through a bottle....haven't noticed anything yet. Hoping it helps with my hair getting thinner, unfortunately I think my weightloss has caused this to worsen. Here's to hoping it helps!!!!!

LOL, well Huge to some is perfect to others....:laugh: However, when I started in January of this year my hip measurement was 51" THAT's HUGE! Doing Turbofire videos for cardio and walk/jogging I've worked mine down to 41' and feel pretty good about them. Still working at it, but that has helped a huge amount! Keep at it…

I have been using mfp since Jan of this year and it has helped me tremendously! You can feel free to add me and I will support you. YOU CAN DO THIS! Just have to make one healthy choice and then another, they add up to a healthier you! :smile:

Definitely, Definitely Measure!!! I have been measuring about every 2 weeks since I started back in January and got stuck like you are...the measurements make you want to keep going and are more motivating than the scale! I've lost 76 pounds since January but over 100 inches all over my body!!! Keep up the great work!!!…

I had my second daughter last Nov. topped out the scales at 269.....EEEEKKKK!!!!! :sad: Started eating healthy and got to 245 by Jan1 :smile: started using MFP and exercising regularly and now I'm down to 169! :drinker: Her first birthday was yesterday, so I've lost 100 pounds in a year. :happy: My ultimate goal is 140 but…
