I finished my L1D2 on Friday! and then took off the weekend... Saturday was planned day off (training for a half marathon so i need to give my legs one FULL day off at some point). Then Sunday was the longer run and I bailed on 30DS. Back at it for Monday though!

did L1 D1 yesterday night! (forgot to post). Took a phone call in the middle of it. I'd be curious - how often are you girls planning on doing this? Daily? 5x a week? etc. I will make my "goal" daily but we will see. :)

I'm in! 32 from Boston. I have started her program many times and I love it - but always try to do it daily and the second I missed 2 days in a row I quit. I like the idea of trying to do it 4x a week (and anything else is a bonus) for May! I'm 5'4" 185 to start and I"m hoping for a great May!

If you're already at 6.2 miles you can definetly run a half marathon by end of September.
