  • I had the same revalation when I had the crispy chicken tacos from Chillis. It was over 1600 calories for 3 little tacos that don't even fill me. They were more than the loaded potatoes I also had. I have definitely been paying more attention since joining myfitnesspal.

  • I just had 15 Runts candies after my Active yogurt this morning for breakfast. They were only 60 calories. I am really trying to be good but I think we all need to slip now and then.

  • Slimfast shakes are $4.99 at CVS. I heard the BOGO coupon is taking off $6.49 (the regular price). Plus if you spend $30 you get a free glass scale. I haven't tried this yet but I intend to tomorriow.

  • Jen, Don't toss out the yolks from your eggs. They have choline in them which helps prevent breast cancer. I holler ay my mom all the time because she doesn't eat the yolks. Her mother had one of her breasts remove due to breast cancer. I always eat the yolk.

  • I miss Fannie listing the deals for Safeway (mine is Genardis). But this week with the in-ad coupon Fiberone cereals are $1.99 (limit 4). I got (2) 85c off Qs from the GM website and (2) 75c off from the newspaper. Cellfire had $1 off 2 and shortcuts had 75c off. Ususally the shortcuts one will not come off if I use paper…

  • I do the Zone perfect bars or Luna bars if I need something portable. This morning (and yesterday) I did the weight loss oatmeal but that was my last packet. Tomorrow will be (my free) Fiberone cereal and almond milk but I don't work on Fridays. HTH!
