I weigh almost daily - at least 5 days per week - and really do need to do my measurements again. I'm planning on doing all of this on Saturday morning. Good suggestion to take pictures in an outfit that I don't currently fit into well, but want to. I'm excited to see how that will look in 8 weeks.

I found the place join all the groups on MFP and this is what I see ..... It is impossible to join the Red Hot group as it is "under construction" and has no join button.

I need to restart T25 again. Started it last summer and really enjoyed it, but then threw out my shoulder and my back on one of the workouts (which ever one has the push ups & stuff like that). But even after a few weeks, I could see it was working, so I need to get back to it. Good luck!!
