Thank you for replying. I was hoping that was it, but my husband seems to think you don't start actually building muscle right away so I was kind of worried. I'll just keep under my calories and stick with it. My clothes feel like they're getting looser so hopefully that's true!

I finished L1D5 today. I don't know if this is normal, but I haven't lost any weight since I started, but I definitely feel my body changing. I'm still very motivated to keep going and my sister in law started doing it everyday too (day 3 for her) so its nice having someone to push me everyday. The soreness is MUCH better…

L1D3 finished yesterday. I feel sore still, but I feel it becoming less and less sore by the day. Its mostly my legs now. I am so determined to finish this so it doesn't matter what I'm feeling anyway! After work I am going home to finish L1D4... All I know is it feels good to be 10% of the way through it! I am at least 75 lbs overweight and I am starting it as soon as it comes in the mail. I'm super excited about it. All you really need is 2 hand weights (I have 3 lb ones) and some dedication. Its all in the mind and I'm going to win this battle!
