If I can do it, you can! 3 days a week I go to the gym at 5:00 am which requires waking up at 4:15. I have a baby who DOESNT sleep for more than an hour at a time which means i am up nursing him back to sleep EVERY hour! Losing the weight is important enough to me that I am willing to do it... YOU CAN DO IT!!!! :)

I am breastfeeding my 4 month old and trying to find a good balance. It seems like when I cut back calories, my supply goes down, but when I add more, I am stagnant! I'm gonna add u guys as friends! Xoxo

Hi! I'm in the same boat! I have a 4 month old, I have been at this for about 2 months now, and it is not easy with a baby and breastfeeding! (I also have 4 other children who I homeschool which doesnt make it any easier!) Im gonna add u as a friend! xoxo

Just a few more days to go, and here are my stats: Starting: Start weight 240 Waist 35.5 Hips 47.5 Chest 44.5 Upper arm 15 Thigh 30 Now: Weight 230.8 (-9.2lbs) Waist: 34 (-1.5in) Hips: 44 (-3.5in) Upper arm: 14.5 (-.5in) Thigh: 28 (-2in) Total loss: 9.2lbs and 7.5in Sounds pretty good to me!

I went to a running store (I didn't know there was such a thing until I did a google search). I ended up with new balance wr940, as I have NO arch and very wide feet. They are super supportive! See if there is a running store in your area, I hear most of them do the same! :))

i'm in! I started a week and a half ago but after 4 days had to stop because of shin splints! They are pretty well healed now, and i have a new insert for my shoes that should help! <3
