I do lots of organic and non processed foods...the thing that makes me stumble is always going overboard even though it doesn't feel like it. Syrup, orange juice, jelly, fruit, coffee flavoring (organic w/o corn syrup), fruit, etc. I didn't realize how quickly the sugar all adds up. I can easily eat all of the above on any…

Thanks for your comment. My thought was that fruit would be great too...just as much sugar - even if it is natural. Well, fruit sugar vs. syrup....Is there a difference to your body? Does one cause a weight factor more than the other? I'll have to research.

I love peanut butter and syrup together, but need to cut back. So, I may try peanut butter...but it sounds like it may be a bit dry. Big glass of milk will def be in order :) Thanks for the comment.
