They say you get enough natural carbs from your fruit. YOu dont need the bad carbs such as from pastas and grains, especially the bad wheat that has been genetically changed to be easier to grow and be mass produced for cheaper costs.

I'm 5'7 and a 1/2 I think...I always say I am 5"8. I was once 318 lbs....and the lowest I got down too was 148 for a day. I was very comfortable @ 160. I was wearing a size 8-10. Last week when I joined MFP I was 196. My goal is 163. (I would love 155, but I dont know if I can STAY there!) I have some pics on my profile,…
