Here's what I have: 1 TBSP Chia Seeds with 9 TBSP water – whisk after putting them in water. The seeds are very light. If you don’t whisk they will clump together. You might want to cut the servings in half, call it 6 servings @ 266 calories. Because 12 serviings out of 9 inch cake pan will produce a meager sliver. Six would be more appropriate yet still a modest serving size. IMHO :smile:

HI; The last set of recipes listed here; overnight oats, are recipes I love and live off of :) sometimes I have them for lunch.
