I'm starting level 2 tonight, feel free to add me. So far I'm 4lb down (did level 1 over a 3 week period due to life getting in the way).

I try to keep healthy snacks at home so I can choose them instead of the unhealthy ones. Also I will walk the dog, pick up a book or have a look at the MFP message boards to take my mind off food

I have a fitbit ultra and love it, got a new Beurer HRM yesterday and did 30 day shred level 1. Fitbit came in at 145 cals burned and HRM was 152 so not a huge difference. Compared to MFP which was 181 cals burned (using the circuit training calculation).

Switched from WW at the beginning of February this year and the scale has started moving again, I am now accountable for everything I eat (had a real issue with the idea of "free" food). I am also a fitbit fan and love seeing the daily results. Feel free to add me

This. I suffered for years and had various drugs from the doctor all of which worked but left me feeling really sluggish in the morning. Since switching to a melatonin supplement my sleep efficiency has gone from 50 to 70-75% each night and I don't wake up feeling drugged. :smile:

I found that by Day 4 Level 1 I could get through the whole thing without wanting to die by the end!! Today will be day 5 and I can move without squeaking in pain :happy: Keep going it gets better
