Exercise & Asthma
My doctor has just switched me to a symbicort inhaler to help my asthma and I'm wondering how quickly it will start working? Anyone using one of these? The issue I have at the moment is my body wants to work harder than my lungs will allow and its driving me crazy :grumble: Any advice guys???
