Hi Chad, I started Power 90 on March 1, so I'm almost to day 30. I moved to the 3/4 workouts on Wed and they are really kicking my butt. There is a thread here, if you'd like to join in on the convos: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/41629-power-90-who-s-with-me?page=25 Stretching is hard at the beginning of the…

It's too hard to hold in a fart while on the elliptical!

my polar F11 allows you to swim with it on. The chest strap actually requires you to wet it before it will transmit. here is a link to a faq about Polar monitors and swimming:…

You may check out this topic: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/41629-power-90-who-s-with-me?page=14#posts-489438 People are doing Power 90, P90X, Ten Minute Trainer, and Chalean Extreme. Anyone would be more than happy to answer your questions.

Most major brands have "good" PB. Just look at the ingredients. If it has more than two listed, don't get it.
-
I haven't ordered any "hard" copies, but have watched a few via the instant view. You should check out a few that way to see what you like before you get the actual copy.

That is SUPER! :drinker:

I've been doing tilapia and salmon. I USED to do italian sausages and brats, but not anymore. I'm gonna grill some fake chik'n breasts tonight.

I eat. It seems like I am constantly eating. I eat something at least every couple of hours. An apple here, a banana there. Meal here... Don't starve yourself, just eat smart.

I don't chew gum, but I do eat Altoids. I also track them. But I guess that also goes with your theory of chewing the gum also burns calories. BTW, 3 Altoids = 10 calories (Wintergreen).

I purchased the F11, because it HAS the user replaceable battery on the chest strap. So far, I love it. I think it was only $30 more than the F6. With having to replace the chest strap once, makes up the difference in the upsell.

Not only that, Haters, eat Hater Tots. And we all know those are filled with empty calories!

Yeah, the pinch is hitting everywhere, but I'm sorry it hit you too. On the other hand, I always thought a PT job at a the desk at a fitness center would be nice. I'd already be around people working out, and I could just hit the weights after my shift!
-
I thankfully have had nothing on that list!
-
Yeah, I've streamed several workout videos over Xbox Live/Netflix. Love it!

I have not read of anything to support that. I actually just now received an email from Men's Health that states, people who work out after a taxing day at work, are more likely to quit early. They suggest those people change their workout to the morning before work. There is also a link to an article that states "Studies…

I'm not trying to sound like a turd, but, if you just type Yoga and Golf into Amazon, they list TONS of stuff that would help you out.

I took Tai Chi in college, and I believe most of the forms are similar. I'm sure any would be fine.
-
Wow, 600 bones! That's all the motivation anyone would need, I think!
-
Just don't burn your feet, a la Michael Scott on The Office.
-
I decorate turtle shells with a Bedazzler!
-
I did that a long time ago. I wasnt' motivated then though. I have like three pairs of jeans with the tags still on them from 2005 :grumble: At least I kept them, now I should be in them soon
-
Not only that, have a swim instructor/coach review your form. They could point out changes that make sure you get the most out of your stroke/kick.
-
If you have seen Wedding Crashers, you know that has a different meaning
-
I like to listen to Nine Inch Nails, Public Enemy, Saul Williams, Reprazent... Something hard and rough. Keeps me motivated.
-
I must have an awesome diet too. I fart constantly. :blushing:
-
I had to take the weekend off because of my nose. I'm working out tonight, no matter what!
-
I've had this happen as well. My gym recently got new machines, and they don't do it anymore (which I find off, because there really isn't a noticable difference).

I joined Audible. The music never kept me distracted from what I was doing. So now I listen to audio books.
