have just managed to uptake 2 litres for the last 2 weeks, i had hangover feelings on monday but had nothing to drink, now i know thanks dont ever think i could manage 3 litres, so hopefully the 2 litres with plenty fruit and veg should be ok, interesting post thanks

i was pescetarian for years but do eat small amounts of dairy (very small amounts as dairy intolerant), but was very happy and thin lol do now not eat a lot of meat (diary open) if you want to look good luck

Hi i always have a turkey breast salad bowl, its always packed full of salad and very filling, and my local one always gives me extra jalapenos, i think its a good place to eat out, we are trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle and you have to eat out at sometime, i feel this is a good choice for that shopping day treat.
