  • I'm 5'1" (ish) and started around 135 in January. I'm now around 124-125 and trying to get down another 10 lbs and then maybe another 5-10 depending on how things are going. I'm going about this the slow and steady way so that I can maintain my whole diet/exercise lifestyle when I start grad school in the fall. Feel free…
  • hi! i'm 24 a little over 5'1" and currently 125.6 lbs!
  • you're one of the most impressive transformations i've seen! and you looked beautiful on your wedding day. :)
  • i'm experiencing the same problem. i've started taking a multi-vitamin and i try really hard to get a lot of protein (some days i feel like i'm on a high-protein eating plan instead of a calorie counting one!). hopefully it will help... good luck!
  • So, I'm not too bad at spreadsheets... :) What part of it do you want to add/subtract by itself? Which column(s)?
  • Hi! I'm around 5'1" HW: 135 CW: 128 GW: ~105 I'm 24 years old. Would love to find others with similar numbers to motivate each other and share ideas!

  • i had a HORRIBLE weekend of eating (tends to happen to me on weekends) and i ate 2.5 times as many calories as i'm supposed to. but i'm back at it today and feeling great! you can make a fresh start.

I think I may have been more active in college (so much walking everywhere!) but I lost a good amount of weight after I graduated. I recently put about 10 lbs on going through a…
  • hi tiedye, that's really interesting about your meals. it sounds a lot like having your breakfast-type meal at night - something i actually did all the time before i got to college. any other tips about favorite foods or meals that you repeat a lot? also, since you suggested changing up workouts, what else did you try…
  • Thanks, Saffyra! That is really really helpful to read and just hearing that you're in the same place is a boost. Also, I guess I just need to suck it up and start hitting the gym. :) Good luck!
  • I am new! And also around 5'1.5". Started at 135 last week (hadn't been that high for a few years) and I'm trying to get down to a weight where I am happy with proportions and clothing (and the jiggly areas). I looked my best at around 105 when I was in high school, so that's the ultimate goal. Feel free to add me. Good…
