FYI- frozen blueberries and cranberries are AWESOME in muffins. They stay together so you dont just end up with blue muffins :bigsmile:

I invested in a good blender, solid enough for ice cubes because we love frozen margaritas in the summer (which are at least half ice). We do eat tons of seasonal fruits, but I like to be able to serve some things year round, even on our budget. I don't think we could limit our strawberry or blackberry consumption only to their season HAHA

We just mix up the small details, meats/shells./etc!

I used to get her emails but I felt like everything was a crutch and a swap for a devilish item. I eventually cancelled because everything she used was so processed!

Its pretty flavorful. It does have salt, but I think you can cut it down more or out of you need to.

Hahaha thats funny. Im not too familiar with catfish but since moving to the South a couple years ago I LOVE it!

I split it into 6 servings... about 200 calories each but I always run the recipe feature with the exact brand ingredients I used when counting to make sure I am right. Its great with a lean protein and green salad :bigsmile:
