I have a friend who works at the one in Dallas. She is super healthy, a little toned and muscular thing. She was over the moon excited about it when she started her position there about helping people make healthy changes. If nothing else.... you can at least find people who work there who are passionate about their work…

At first I loved her, thought she was great, but I think I also took her ideas and suggestions, and then made them mine and outed the processed food. It just came to the point where I got 1-2 emails daily, and a lot of them were pushing lean cuisines and amy's canned soups and a lot of other processed meals she likes that…

I was signed up and she did. But they were full of unhealthy processed food, so I kicked her to the curb! I also unfriended her on facebook because her high sodium, low calorie at any cost philiosphy disappointed me!

I love my family and miss them dearly, but the best thing I ever did for my family was to relocate to make a better life for our family of 4. No more family gatherings, no more mom down the street for a quick sitter or when the kids are sick and cant go to school, BUT it was so worth it to be in the place we are. Sometimes…

Way more what??? If its ingredients, no worries. Just some veggies to chop and throw in, and a couple cans to open!

I so agree. I love soup in the colder weather and especially when trying to eat more veggies and be more healthy! My goal is 1 pot/batch per week and if we have extra I usually freeze it and we have it for those rainy days and when softball season kicks up in the spring. So much healthier than canned soup and you can…

Yes! Save the empty skin from the other half, and put it over the cut. Put it in a plasic bag and suck the air out or wrap it in foil. Should be good. If not, you can always thin slice off that edge. Here are some more avocado tips: http://momvsfood.blogspot.com/2010/09/all-about-avocado.html

You have to live a little. When I am feeling healthy I do reduced fat cream cheese and cheddar. The real bacon bits arent nearly as bad as they sound either!
