I love this :) I keep thinking about laying on the beach in a few weeks in Mexico. I won't be to my goal by then, but it's a great motivator and when I get to Mexico I can think about how I need to keep working when I get back so I can look hot all Summer long. We can do this!

I'm going to workout today despite this fading cold bothering me still. Today I noticed the "skinny indent" high under my cheekbone. I can tell my face is losing weight :)

I have 26.4 % body fat, I want to be at 20-22%.

When I get into the 130's I'm getting my my right ear pierced (snug piercing). In March I'm going to Playa Del Carmen, so that is motivating me to look better by then. Buying a Victoria's Secret swimsuit. I don't have a final goal reward yet, but I'll figure one out!

Low sodium bacon is my life. ETA: In response to other posters....a lot of bacon doesn't have preservatives, it's smoked to keep it naturally preserved longer.

No need to be a ****....I was wondering if there was any difference. I obviously didn't know if I am asking and trying to lose the weight, otherwise I'd be skinny. :mad:

I started at 150 lbs and am also 5'4". I had a BMI around 26 when I was that weight. I am really curvy, but I had a lot of extra weight/fat that I had gained and realized I was in an unhealthy range, especially when I tried to play with my niece. 26 is better than 29 :)

Great motivation! I don't have any recent bikini pics, but in 1 month I will post them since I will be going to Mexico. I hope to get some progress on my body by then!

I really like the way bodybuilding.com looks with Jamie Eason. I'm gonna call the gym on Sunday or Monday! I can totally do this :) I'll read up more before I get started, but I'm really excited to do this.

I mostly want to lose fat from my belly, sides, and legs. My original weight goal was 125, but obviously with lifting I'd gain muscle mass. Is there any other info you need?

Yes, I eat oatmeal everyday for breakfast along with half an English muffin. On weekends I have more time so I'll switch it up. I also have leftovers from dinner so I eat those for lunch the next day.

I have always eaten pretty healthy, but have had periods of fast food all the time. I haven't done that for a long time though and have cut out eating out except for dinner with my boyfriend once a month. I'm 5'4 SW: 149 CW:144 GW:125-130 I started with a 38 bust, 38 hips and 32.5. I used to be 125 and I was still curvy. It depends on what kind or how curvy you want to be. Use before and after pictures to really compare and see what shape you feel best with.

It's obviously going to be hard to measure things out perfectly, but if you've been counting calories for a while you kind of get the hang of seeing how many calories things really have. I have the same problem....I have mostly lower belly fat and then '"muffin tops" I workout 30-60 minutes 5-7 days a week, circuit training all days, and ice skating 2 days a week. I'm counting calories and eating healthy food. Help!
