I bought two boxes of cookies today, Samoas for me and Tagalongs for my boyfriend. . I have not yet opened them, but I'm not going to eat anymore than the serving size. 2 cookies, that's it. Great work though! It's mind over matter, you can do it if you overcome the urge!

By summer I want to be at around 21% body fat...the last I checked I was at 26% body fat. I want my abs to be somewhat visible. I just want to feel super comfortable in my bikini this year! I'm 5'4" and 135lbs right now. I hope to lose another 5 lbs, but I'm mostly focused on my measurements, and photo progress.

Not all HRMs count calories, most do, but there are still some out there that just track your heart rate. An affordable and reliable option is the Polar FT4 it counts calories, is easy to use and lasts a long time. Just look at customer reviews of the HRMs and there may be more inforamtion included.

Don't weigh yourself everyday. I usually just ignore the scale for at least 5 days at a time and completely avoid it the 3 days before and 4 days after my TOM. You should focus on your net calories. Be sure you eat at least 1200 net calories. This number can be seen on the home page of this website. It's the number furthest to the right.
