1200 was WAY too low for me. I started at 155lbs eating 1200 and couldn't do it. I've been eating between 1600-1800 plus my exercise calories back and losing inches/pounds. Lately, I've been right around 1,600 a day.

I've done RI30 and 30DS, but I recently started doing RI30 again. I'll do it everyday, despite the sore muscles....unless I am too sore. I'm on Week 1 Day 2 right now. I also add another video or some extra exercises after because I like to burn more than 300 calories.

As others have said, you may not be recording the serving size properly. Try to make your own meals so you know exactly how much and what you are eating.
