ok, I guess I can say I don't know that ww doesn't teach about what foods you should be eating and how to get proper nutrition on a calorie restricted diet, but I can say that the people I know that are on it, don't seem to have a clue.

I couldn't agree more. That and how many people I know that have done weight watchers, gained back more than they originally lost and now are "doing it again on their own"...anyone can starve themselves for awhile and lose weight. I've only been using mfp for a week, but I think it really helps you create a way of life…
