Yeah! I grew up in Minnesota and don't think I owned a winter coat down south for years. Now that I"ve lost almost 100 pounds I've become one of the people I used to chuckle at that puts on a coat when the temp. drops below 70! And I live in south central Texas now. AAAHHHH!!!

I know it seems contradictory but you have to eat to lose weight! If you don't fuel the machine it will go into stress mode and actually save the few calories you do eat as fat for the "emergency" it thinks it is having. Hydrate too, thats really important. Try sipping all day if drinking full glasses doesn't appeal to you.

Broiling works realy well for me. It's fast and easy. Just foil line your pan, spray a small rack ( I use a pizza pan and a cooling rack, no rocket science involved. YAY!)
