Remember that you should not feel "full" when you eat, just not hungry. It took me a long time to grasp this.

I began by cutting out soda and cutting portion sizes. I then started looking at the calorie counts of my fav restaurant foods and realized how ridiculously high in cals/fat/sodium they were.... even the "light menu" options. I found sparkrecipes.com and started cooking a lot more at home. Even if you are still eating a…

I do believe it is attainable, but like previous posters said, try not to focus too much on the scale. My advice would be to focus some effort on weight lifting/strength training for tone. You'll look more defined come cruise time to be lookin good in your swimsuit and shorts!

Love this! I am 5'10" SW: 250 CW: 199 GW: 180 (then 160) I spent a brief amount of time at 135-140, size 10 in my early 20's. Looking back I looked sick and may have had a touch of an eating disorder. After my first baby I lost wt the right way and got to 165, size 10/12. I was shocked since the last time I could wear 10,…

I have a house of picky eaters. Crispy ranch chicken was a hit. Only a couple of ingredients, pretty quick and easy. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=447376

Breakfast for hubby and me is usually a protein shake.... The little one will get scrambled eggs or waffle with peanut butter. Lunches tend to be left overs from dinner. I will make a couple pounds of chicken in the crock pot on sunday and shred it up to use throughout the week. Its so easy to take individual portions and…

I can see a difference too... and like she said^^^ the people you are around all day everyday don't notice until the difference is huge. I have lost 40 pounds and dropped 2 pants sizes and nobody has noticed, or at least has said anything. Another thing, these people don't see you with your shirt off.... unless you wear…

All good ideas... I am thinking when I get the mail I can take a lap around the bldg, maybe do some stairs. Love the lunges in the bathroom, leg lifts under my desk. Its like working out undercover :glasses:
