I have a heavy full time job, and have to be realistic. Aiming at 300 outdoor miles for May, my first month back on the road after 5 years (London is a bit scary riding at times)...plus 3-4 spin sessions a week, and 2 runs (one short one longish)... so far am at 129 miles, so nearly on target!
