                I am shredding at the minute too. Just done day 12, can feel a difference already.I do the shred all the time, but never in order over the 30 days straight, hoping for good results for us both :)

                I would say pick one workout routine and give it everything, doing too many will burn you out and you wont be so motivated. I hae a c section belly and I have to say I have seen no improvement yet, I totally believe that it will get better though, just stick at it and don't expect results over night.

                Welcme to MFP, its great. I will be 30 in a year and a fewmonths and need this weight sorted by then. I have just over a stone left to go too :)

                I haven't either, no point they are blonde and fine, if I shaved it would only make the prickly, blah.. Also its not something fat people do, but I used to block up the bath, if you let the water out, only the water in front would move, then when you stand up there was a massive wave :D I no where near touch the sides now…

                First day of level 2 (Day 11) done. did burn 40-50 more calories.

                I normally weigh more in a morning,my weight goes down through the day. people are different don't stress it.

                Anyone mind if I jump in :) I was posting in another thread, but it has gove rather quiet. I did day 10 today my last day of level 1. I missed a day, so its bee 11days altogether. Lost 2lb up to now and can tell a difference already. I have done each level of the shred a million times, but not ever over a 30 day straight…

                You probably need to eat more, I know its odd and scary, but seems to work when I get stuck.

                That is exactly why I don't note a gain. People telling me how well I did losing the same 1lb over and over, would actually make me feel guilty lol

                Nope, normally it would be a 1lb or 2lb and its gone in a week. Having said that I have been totally stuck before, going up and down the same few lb. I added it on my ticker and lost it for good :) Maybe it helped. Normally its TOM or sodium and gone pretty fast

                Lavender oil on pillow, read a book, camomile tea and don't work out late, always keeps me awake. Having said all this I take sleeping pills.

                Everyone is doing great. I am struggling a bit as its the school holidays and there is far too much entertaining children with food lol. I did finish day 10 of the shred today, so level 2 tomorrow, done 10 days in 11 days, missed one due to a massive hangover lol. Been just dance 2ing aswell so much fun :)
