Any ideas of a specific exercise programme. I like something with a start middle and end rather than random work outs. Finish3d couch to 5k and the 30 day shred recently is there anything else like that?

Ok I bought a HRM as I wanted to be more accurate about calories burnt. I used it for the first time today and burned 500cals doing 50mins of dancing.
