Exercise programmes

Any ideas of a specific exercise programme. I like something with a start middle and end rather than random work outs. Finish3d couch to 5k and the 30 day shred recently is there anything else like that?

    Try Go Ruck. It has workouts, active groups and various challenges. The challenges are based on your level of fitness. I did couch to 5k as well, and this gives me the same sense of accomplishment. goruck.com
