I’m so partial to late night snacking too! Definitely works for me to allow this some days. I also have a cheat day once a week and eat what I want. I stick to 1300cals 5-6 days with at least 3 workouts per week. I’ve lost 30lbs in 3 months.

WOW!!!!! I’ve just looks at your pics and read the thread! Amazing. I’m so inspired. I don’t go to the gym, I just work out at home so I doubt I’ll get into strong lifts. I have every intention of working my way up the kettlebell weights though. I will have a look into the program you suggest. Thanks so much!

It’s for a full body 30 min kettlebell workout. I guess it’s classed as strength on here so it doesn’t tell you calories. I’ve been doing reps, I’ve been doing each exercise for one minute following a YouTube vid. I’ve looked at online estimates and they range from 240-600 🤦🏻♀️

Did you just lift or do cardio too? I’m currently eating approx 1300cals per day, and doing 20-40 mins exercise 3-5 times a week. I would LOVE to get your results. I have 5 inches to lose from my waist, 5 from my hips and 2 from bust.

Just added you. I lost 67lbs a while ago then it gradually keeps back on. I had another baby and I’ve got another 39lbs to lose. I’ve lost 40lbs so far (25lbs since I started with MFP) Hit an annoying plateau at the moment 😕

Can you gain muscle while eating 1200cals a day? I sometimes go up to a max is 1500 maybe 2 days a week. I’ve plateaued recently so started exercising (20mins HIIT spin bike) 20 mins strength training on arms, abs, legs. Weight is still not moving on the scales ☹️ I’m currently 179lb and want to get to 140lbs 😕
