you're going to love mine. as easy as they get. chicken breasts. 4-6 works well for me, in my 4qt crock salsa. usually 1-2 jars. 5-6 hours on low... but you really can't go wrong with this, as long as theres still liquid in the pot. shred it with 2 forks when it's done. tacos, burritos, rice bowls, etc YUM.

Water retention? What does your sodium look like? Also, when your muscles are sore they retain water. That could be it too. Just keep trucking! You can do this!

Yes, I do agree that 100 calories of fruit and 100 calories of candy are different. But if you go over your maintenence, you will gain. Whether it is fruit or candy. I think it's great that you've found something that works for you, but on a calorie counting website you should not go around telling people not to count…

This is not weight watchers. However, I think their plan is flawed. I've been trying to tell my mom for months that her 2-point fruit smoothie that she has before breakfast is nearly 300 calories. This is why she's stopped losing.

I learned to knit. Having something to do with my hands other than chip-to-mouth helps me a lot. Plus, I get cute scarves out of it.

Drink some water, and find something else to do with your hands- play a board game, learn to knit, read a book, etc. If you're truly hungry, eat a serving of something. And rethink your dinners so they last longer in your body!

I'm 5'3" and started at 270 too. I always took Zumba classes and used the elliptical, since treadmills make me dizzy. I don't think youre ever "too big" for something unless you literally can't fit on a machine. Take it easy and get your body used to moving at first, then push yourself more. Crawl before you run.…

Yup- that's exactly what you would track. Oatmeal Banana Brown sugar Cinnamon Chopped nuts Raisins It's a pain the first time, but next time you can add them quickly because they'll be commonly used foods for you. Sounds yummy!

Yeah I've been on the pill for 2 years and on MFP since January... The pill hasn't hurt my success at all.

5'3", lightly active, 215lbs I had it set to 1.5 a week, and I ate my exercise calories. My base was 1550. But I found it hard to meet that on my rest days, so now I have it set to 1 a week, 1800. And I still eat my exercise calories to keep my net AT LEAST 1200, preferably around 1500

MFP has it's protien goals far too low. Exceeding the default is good. :)

How many calories do you eat in a day? You need to eat close to your goal.

I got both of mine at target for $20-30 each. They've been working just fine for me :) And sometimes I lose like that too- nothing for weeks, then 2lbs out of nowhere. It happens.

Welcome!! How much are you eating? As long as you're eating most of your calorie goal, you'll be fine. For snacks, I always have bananas, apples, unsalted nuts, peanut butter etc. on hand. You could also try yogurt(Greek or regular) or cheese sticks. I don't have huge problems with weekends, but my schedule is weird- I work weekends and am off work during the week. Someone else would be more helpful here :)

Measure out a single serving and make sure it fits into your day/macros... And you can have ice cream every day.
