This! I no longer have a thyroid (lost it to cancer 3 years ago) so I rely totally on synthetic replacement medication to regulate it in my body and I've had NO problems losing weight. You can do this... It just takes some time to get your dosage right. :) good luck!

Great post !!! I just recently upped my calories because I was exhausted and starving at the end of the day at 1200 calories plus eating whatever back in exercise calories. I may lose slower now, but I won't be a ravenous, angry b#tch anymore!...lol

I eat rice every single day... And I've lost 50 pounds so far. I usually have brown or multigrain sprouted rice, but I will occasionally have a brown and wild or plain brown rice. I love it! :)
