I am 5'7" and my goal is 150 lbs./20 more lbs. to go. But it really depends on your body's proportions and what looks and feels right for you. As long as ur in the range for a healthy weight at your height, then it's all good!

I struggle with my sweet tooth as well, but it's difficult...as we all know sugar is addictive. Due to that fact, I find that the less sugar I eat...the less I crave it; which is my first line of defense. We all need to re-train our brains/tastebuds on what "sweet" really is like the natually occurring sweetness in fruit…

Here are a few of my favs: Option 1: 3 apples 3 oranges (peeled but leave the white part under the peel on - it's called the pith as is full of nutrients) 1/2 bunch of fresh organic spinach Option 2: Option 1 PLUS 3 carrots Option 3: 3 apples 3 carrots 1/3 cup of fresh ginger Enjoy!!!

I agree with an earlier post; u must be vigilant about keeping ur food journal daily. It just helps you become aware of what and how much u r eating and it really helps you stay accountable for eating within your daily calorie budget. You definitely need to eat more calories particularly on the days you workout. Also, think about getting more protein or fiber in your diet if you find that you feel hungry on a normal basis.

Check out Rocco Dispirito's new book, "Now Eat This." There's a mac n cheese recipe in it that less than 400 calories per serving. Good luck!
